[OOC] Can Damon compel you?

In The Vampire Diaries, vampires are capable of compelling people (humans) into doing whatever they want just by looking at them. And the only way to prevent that is to carry or having vervain in their systems. As a note, if someone is compelled they can't even tell they were. Now, Damon is a manipulative douchebag who doesn't even blink before compelling people. He might do this a lot, especially if he wants something or if he wants to feed.

So I have a few questions, if you don't mind.

1. Can Damon compel you? If yes, what are your comfort levels?
2. Can Damon feed off you?
